Hebei Hongkuo Trading Co., Ltd. is located in Lingshou Economic Development Zone (Central District), Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. It is a modern enterprise specialized in calcined petroleum coke (CPC). Founded in January 2017, the company has a registered capital of 10 million yuan. Covering a land area of 153,333㎡, the total project investment reaches 1 billion yuan. The total building area of production workshops is 84,180 ㎡, including a 17,000 ㎡finished product warehouse, a 9,800 ㎡ No.1 Calcining Workshop, a 5,680 ㎡ No.2 Calcining Workshop, a 30,000 ㎡ Phase I raw material warehouse, a 5,000 ㎡ Phase II raw material warehouse and a 16,700 ㎡ Phase III workshop. The office area spans 4,100 ㎡. Supported by supporting facilities such as staff canteen and dormitory, and equipped with 15,000 ㎡ of greening area, the enterprise has built itself into a garden-style factory. At present, the company has more than 250 employees, including 68 professional engineering and technical personnel. It has been awarded the High-tech Enterprise Certificate of Hebei Province, and has passed the certification of Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety Management System. The company owns 12 professional production lines, including six lines in Phase I and six lines in Phase II, with an annual production capacity of 650,000 metric tons of calcined petroleum coke. Its core products cover calcined petroleum coke, industrial steam and waste heat power generation. The annual output value hits 2 billion yuan, with an annual tax payment of 50 million yuan. Our CPC products are sold nationwide, widely applied in new energy lithium battery materials, electrolytic aluminum, carbon materials and chemical industries. We enjoy a leading position in domestic CPC production, processing and technical application. The company has established long-term and stable strategic cooperation with many domestic carbon industry research institutions. Through technical cooperation and targeted talent training, we have built a professional technical team. By continuously improving the standardized modern enterprise management system, we have gradually developed into a well-known leading supplier of calcined petroleum coke in China. In 2021, the company achieved an annual sales volume of 200,000 tons of calcined petroleum coke, with an output value of 560 million yuan and tax revenue of 20 million yuan. The enterprise currently has three major workshops: Calcining Workshop, Thermal Power Workshop and Screening Workshop. The Calcining Workshop is equipped with 12 tank calcining furnaces. With petroleum coke as the raw material, high-temperature calcination is adopted to produce qualified calcined coke, which is mainly used for lithium battery anode materials, carbon raiser for aluminum smelting and casting carbon additives. The Thermal Power Workshop is equipped with seven sets of 20-ton waste heat boilers and one 12MW waste heat power generation unit, with a steam supply capacity of 120 tons per hour. The Screening Workshop adopts fully automatic screening lines, with a daily processing capacity of 1,500 tons of granular products to ensure timely delivery. Its granular products sales volume consistently ranks among the top in the industry nationwide. Relying on independent research and development and technological upgrading, our daily output of calcined petroleum coke has reached 1,800 tons. We adopt fully enclosed production, automatic discharging equipment, intelligent constant temperature control system and automated production equipment to realize clean and zero-pollution production.
